bellabox | April 2014

I got my first Bellabox in the mail last week and although I was super excited to open it, i've refrained from trying any of the products until this week of uni was over. It has been hectic as usual! Although we only had three days of classes (because of the two long weekends), they managed to schedule two big exams for us. ew. At least it's done now and it's weekend!!

Anyway, this is more of a "what I got" post than a Bellabox review. I am no way any beauty expert, nor have I tried that many products. I signed up for this subscription because I was curious and a little excited about the prospect of getting mail every month!

I haven't decided how long i'm going to continue with the subscription because I have a feeling i'm going to end up with a basket of samples that i'm not going to use and so $15 a month will be a waste. I'll give it a couple months and see how much of the products i'll actually use.

Wedding OTTD

It was my cousins wedding yesterday and I thought i'd share the outfits I wore.

In the morning was the wedding ceremony which was held at a winery outside

Food Friday

I have no scheduled classes today so a couple friends and I made use of this opportunity to go for brunch. Photos have been popping up on my instagram for weeks from this little breakfast/brunch spot, Harvest Espresso. I have been dying to try it, so today was the day!

To go with it, I had a Red Ice Tea (iced Rooibos tea with cloudy apple juice)

Eat week

Study week or "Eat week" as I like to refer to it as, is officially over. Classes resume today and eeek I have an endo test on thursday. Anyway, here is a snip-it from this weeks menu:

nyx in Australia

NYX is finally in Australia!! I popped into target the other day and picked up this piece nude pink lip set. I've been keen to try out the Mega Shine lip gloss in Beige, after hear/reading a lot about it online.

It won't be long until I go back to try some other things out eeek!

Sculptures by the Sea

Every year during the summer, international and local artists come together and share their artwork on our local beach. I love coming to see it each year as the views are amazing (especially at sunset) and the artwork is always creative and unusual. These photos were only taken on my phone so excuse the quality. Enjoy
